The action of the pendulum is a translation of the energy that our body and senses perceive, consciously and unconsciously, into a visual movement.
There are pendulums from different materials: metal, wood and also from different stones and minerals.
The pendulum can be used to answer questions, diagnose, heal and energetically balance, find objects, and more.
You can make a pendulum from a stone you like or buy a ready-made pendulum. Use intuition and choose the pendulum that you like the most. It is important to remember that there should be a good connection from the beginning between the person and the pendulum but the longer you work with the pendulum the stronger the connection becomes and the clearer the answers become.
Using the pendulum to answer questions:
First, it is very important to know that working with the pendulum requires a lot of concentration. You need to be clean of unwanted emotions and, of course, you need to be calm and relaxed. The answers obtained from the pendulum can be either an absolute “yes” or an absolute “no” but sometimes a clear answer will not be obtained. This can be manifested in the vibrations of the pendulum or in directionless, aimless movements.
In this case you need to check if you asked the question correctly, the questions should be asked so that the answers are “yes” or “no” absolutely and unequivocally. In addition, you may not be focused or calm, or the question you are asking is not moral/ethical or you simply shouldn’t have this specific question answered at this stage.
There is a need for the direction of the pendulum, the direction of the pendulum requires concentration and focus of the power of thought to the pendulum and the transmission of the movement in the desired direction and the meaning of this movement, with the tradition method and direction being:
Rotating the pendulum clockwise symbolizes a positive answer.
Rotating the pendulum counterclockwise symbolizes a negative answer.
Or alternatively, the movement of the pendulum up and down signifies a positive answer.
Movement of the pendulum to the right and left signifies a negative answer.
Another method, however, is to ask the pendulum to show you its messages through movements that express “yes” and “no.” This action also requires concentration and focus on the pendulum when asked “What is your movement?” The pendulum should be allowed to move until a smooth and clear motion is created. This movement should be engraved in your mind and a message of acceptance and approval sent to the pendulum. It is of course necessary to repeat this process with the movement to “no”.
