Tree – “for the tree of the field is man’s life” (Deuteronomy 20, verse 19). The tree symbolizes strength, power, stability, development and roots. Man needs to be connected to the ground, to roots, to stability and balance.  Like a wide tree trunk with branches and good fruit embracing the heavens, we devote our lives to creating “fruit” – when we aspire to leave our mark (we too were also here). We invest in our work and our family and expect to enjoy the fruits of our labors. Man strives to return to the Garden of Eden and connect with the Tree of Life – to spirituality, meaning and eternal life.

Amethyst – one of the 12 stones of the High Priest breastplate. The soul’s stone. It connects us to serenity located deep within ourselves. It awakens in us and everywhere it is placed a sense of harmony and patience. One of the best gems to relieve stress and to treat headaches.

Quartz- vibrates white light which includes within it all the various colors and so balances all the chakras, increases energy and imparts clarity to thoughts and feelings. It projects divine white light which strengthens the overall energy of the body. It cleans the aura and protects from disease. One of the best stones to include in meditations as it enhances spiritual development.
